I’m so excited to share a slice of my unforgettable journey to Thailand—an adventure filled with beauty, wellness, and heartwarming experiences!
This magical trip was organized by www.oneyogaglobal.com, and let me tell you—they are amazing. From the perfectly planned itinerary to the incredible yoga sessions, every moment was truly special!
Chiang Mai: Wellness & Culture
I stayed at the stunning Rarinjinda Wellness Spa Resort in Chiang Mai, where every morning began with a delicious breakfast, setting the tone for pure indulgence.
One of the highlights? The spa services! Imagine a 90-minute hydrotherapy session that washed away all stress, followed by warm ginger tea and the sweet taste of mango sticky rice. Pure bliss!
Beyond the hotel, I wandered through magical temples and vibrant night markets bursting with colorful clothes and unique finds that truly captured the essence of Thai culture.
But one of the most touching experiences was my visit to the Elephant Nature Park Sanctuary— a place dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating elephants. Not only do they care for these gentle giants, but the founder has also created a safe haven for over 2,000 cats, 800 dogs, and many other rescued animals!
I even got to help make elephant cakes out of watermelons, rice, and veggies—it was magical.

Krabi: Ocean Views & Sunset Dreams
Next, I made my way to Krabi, where I took a boat cruise with Krabi Sunset Cruises—something I hadn’t done in years due to motion sickness. But guess what? I finally found non-drowsy motion sickness pills that actually worked! (Miracle moment!)
Watching the sky turn shades of gold and pink while floating on the water was an absolute dream.
Keeping It Real: Jungle Vibes & Skincare Must-Haves
Now, here’s the funny part—I was so caught up in soaking up every amazing moment that I totally neglected my self-care routine before the trip. That meant fully embracing my natural self… aka jungle pits and jungle kitty in all their glory! Let’s just say I saved myself for the ultimate sugaring sesh when I got back.
But of course, I didn’t forget my dry brush! Dry brushing kept my skin fresh and glowing through the tropical humidity and gave me that blood flow boost after so many flights. The Ultimate Travel Hack: Spa at Incheon Airport
After the long journey home—complete with an 18-hour layover in Seoul—I found the ultimate travel hack: the 24-hour spa inside Incheon Airport. Spa OnAir is located at Terminal 1 and offers 24-hour access to spa facilities, including showers, steam baths, and sleeping areas, with baggage storage available.
A warm soak and quick facial were exactly what I needed to survive the last leg of the trip.
